Version: 1.0
Effective date: July 2026
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between:
Globalhost d.o.o.
Kralja Tvrtka 42
72290 Novi Travnik
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Company ID number: 4236611790005
VAT number: 236611790005
as the owner and operator of the reseller.ba platform, and any individual or legal entity that registers a user account or uses the platform's services (“USER”, “RESELLER”).
Reseller.ba is a wholesale platform intended for partners and resellers who register domains and order hosting services, licences, and other available products for resale or for use within their own business operations.
By registering, placing an order, using the API, using a WHMCS module, or using any part of the platform, the USER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
Use of the platform is permitted only to persons over the age of 18 and to legal entities represented by an authorised person.
2. Related Documents
The following documents form an integral part of the contractual relationship:
- these Terms of Service;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the Refund Policy;
- the SLA – Service Level Guarantee;
- the description and special terms of an individual service;
- the rules of the relevant domain registry or licence provider.
These documents supplement one another.
In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms of Service shall take precedence, followed by the SLA and then the Refund Policy. In matters concerning the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
3. Registration and Account Approval
The USER must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
Globalhost may:
- verify the user's identity and business information;
- request additional documentation;
- reject or delay account activation;
- restrict access to certain services;
- reject registration in the event of inaccurate information, a security risk, previous abuse, or another justified reason.
The USER must update their information without undue delay.
Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, obtaining unauthorised discounts, or avoiding obligations is prohibited.
4. Reseller Status
The USER operates in their own name and for their own account.
Use of the platform does not create an employment relationship, agency, franchise, joint venture, or any right for the USER to assume obligations on behalf of Globalhost.
The USER independently:
- determines retail prices for their customers;
- enters into contractual relationships with end customers;
- issues their own invoices where legally required;
- provides support to their customers;
- is responsible for their own advertising and business representations;
- handles complaints from their customers;
- ensures that their business complies with applicable regulations.
The USER must not falsely represent themselves as Globalhost d.o.o. or use Globalhost's name, logo, trademark, or other identifying marks without approval.
5. Pricing Tiers
The platform may use multiple pricing tiers based on the number or value of active services, business volume, or other published criteria.
A change in pricing tier may affect the prices of future orders and renewals.
A pricing tier:
- is not permanently guaranteed;
- may be changed when the user no longer meets the applicable criteria;
- does not apply retroactively to previously completed orders;
- does not oblige Globalhost to maintain a particular reseller margin or profit.
The USER independently bears the risk associated with setting their retail prices.
6. Prices, Invoices, and Payment
The applicable price is the price displayed on the platform at the time of the order or renewal.
Globalhost may change prices due to:
- changes in domain registry prices;
- changes in licence and supplier prices;
- changes in exchange rates;
- changes in taxes and statutory fees;
- increased infrastructure costs;
- commercial or other justified reasons.
The USER is responsible for making payments on time.
An order may remain unprocessed until payment has been recorded or until sufficient funds are available in the user account where the platform uses a credit or prepaid model.
Banking, transaction, currency conversion, and other fees shall be borne by the USER unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Domains
Domain registration is not completed merely by submitting an order. A domain is considered registered only after it has been successfully recorded by the relevant registry.
Globalhost does not guarantee domain availability until registration has been completed.
The USER is responsible for:
- the accuracy of registrant data;
- having the necessary authority to register the domain;
- respecting the rights of third parties;
- renewing the domain on time;
- providing a valid authorisation code for a transfer;
- complying with the rules of the relevant registry and domain extension.
Domain registration does not grant the USER a right to a name that infringes a trademark, copyright, business name, or another third-party right.
Globalhost may act in accordance with a decision of a registry, registrar, court, arbitration body, or competent authority.
8. Hosting Services
The USER is responsible for the content, applications, databases, e-mail accounts, and other materials hosted within their services or the services of their customers.
Use of the services for the following purposes is prohibited:
- illegal content or activities;
- phishing, fraud, or identity theft;
- distribution of malware;
- unauthorised scanning, attacks, or access attempts;
- sending unsolicited electronic communications;
- infringement of copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- content involving the sexual exploitation of children;
- distribution of stolen data;
- activities that endanger the network, server, or other users;
- circumvention of security restrictions;
- concealing the source of an attack or abuse.
The USER must ensure that their end customers comply with the same rules.
9. Resource Usage
Hosting and other shared services are subject to the technical limits of the assigned package.
Continuous or excessive use of processor capacity, memory, disk operations, processes, e-mail systems, databases, network capacity, or other resources in a manner that affects system stability or other users is prohibited.
Globalhost may:
- limit individual processes;
- temporarily suspend the affected service;
- request application optimisation;
- recommend migration to an appropriate VPS or dedicated server;
- terminate the service in the event of repeated or serious abuse.
10. Licences and Third-Party Services
Licences and third-party products are subject to the rules of the relevant manufacturer or provider.
The USER acknowledges that:
- licence features are determined by the manufacturer;
- prices and terms may change;
- activation may depend on a third-party system;
- certain licences may become non-refundable after activation;
- Globalhost is not responsible for features that a provider changes or discontinues.
11. API and WHMCS Integration
The USER may use the API and WHMCS module exclusively for lawful business purposes related to their own reseller account.
The following is prohibited:
- sharing an API key with unauthorised persons;
- attempting to access another user's data;
- circumventing restrictions or authentication mechanisms;
- excessive requests that endanger the platform;
- automated testing for security vulnerabilities;
- modifying a module for the purpose of abusing the system;
- reselling API access itself without approval.
Globalhost may limit the number of requests, temporarily disable an API key, or block an integration that threatens the security or stability of the system.
The USER is responsible for all activities performed using their API key until the compromise has been reported and the key has been revoked.
12. Customer Support
Globalhost provides support to the USER of the reseller.ba platform.
The USER is the primary point of contact for their end customers unless a different service has been expressly agreed.
Support does not include an obligation to:
- develop or repair the user's application;
- administer an end customer's website;
- correct code, themes, or plugins;
- train end customers;
- support software that is not part of the contracted service;
- resolve issues affecting the user's devices or network.
Abuse, insults, threats, or unjustified overuse of support may result in restricted communication or termination of the business relationship.
13. User Security Obligations
The USER must:
- use a secure and unique password;
- enable additional security mechanisms where available;
- protect API keys;
- regularly update their own applications and WHMCS installation;
- restrict administrative access;
- immediately report any suspected compromise;
- ensure the security of devices used to access the platform.
Activities carried out using valid access credentials shall be considered activities of the USER unless established otherwise.
14. Backups
Where an individual service includes backups, they constitute an additional security measure and do not replace the USER's own backups.
The USER must maintain independent and up-to-date backups of data they consider important.
Globalhost does not guarantee that every backup will be available, complete, or compatible with the current state of an application.
15. Suspension and Termination
Globalhost may temporarily or permanently suspend an account or service where:
- payment has not been made on time;
- inaccurate or false information has been provided;
- a security incident exists;
- the service threatens other users or the infrastructure;
- there is a substantiated abuse complaint;
- the USER violates the law or these Terms;
- suspension is required by a competent authority, registry, or provider;
- there is an attempted fraud or circumvention of restrictions.
In urgent and serious cases, suspension may be carried out without prior notice.
The USER may cancel a service through the user control panel. Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding obligations and does not automatically entitle the USER to a refund of amounts paid.
16. DDoS Attacks and Network Protection
Globalhost may apply traffic filtering, traffic limiting, blackhole routing, or null-route protection where necessary to protect the network and other users.
In the event of a continuous or intensive attack, particularly one lasting longer than 36 hours, the affected IP address or service may be temporarily unavailable.
Such a measure shall not be considered a breach of the SLA where it is taken to protect the infrastructure.
17. Liability
Globalhost shall be liable only within the limits of mandatory applicable law and these Terms.
Globalhost shall not be liable for:
- loss of profit or business opportunity;
- claims made by the reseller's end customers;
- incorrect information entered by the USER;
- failure to renew a domain or service;
- the operation of an application, plugin, or third-party system;
- changes to registry or provider rules;
- loss of data for which the USER has no independent backup;
- unauthorised access caused by the USER's omission or negligence;
- an interruption caused by force majeure, an attack, or a third party;
- retail prices, promises, or guarantees made by the reseller to its customers.
Globalhost's total potential liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the USER for the directly affected service during the relevant billing period, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law.
18. Indemnification by the User
The USER must compensate Globalhost for damage and reasonable costs arising from:
- the USER's unlawful conduct;
- the conduct of the USER's customers;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- inaccurate information;
- abuse of the API or service;
- breach of these Terms;
- third-party claims arising from the business relationship between the reseller and its customer.
19. Confidentiality
The USER must keep the following information confidential:
- access credentials;
- API keys;
- wholesale prices that are not publicly available;
- technical documentation marked as confidential;
- security information;
- other business information that is not public by its nature.
20. Changes to Services and Terms
Globalhost may modify the platform, technical capabilities, prices, pricing tiers, and these Terms.
The updated version will be published on reseller.ba. The user may be informed of significant changes by e-mail, through the user control panel, or by a notice on the platform.
Continued use after the changes take effect shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court in Travnik shall have jurisdiction, unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory law.
